Exchange and return policy
We offer a 30-day exchange/return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags and stickers, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and make an unboxing video. Notify us promptly at info@lorazzo.com or +91 9315819576 if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. This helps us review the issue quickly and provide the right resolution.
Exchange Policy
At Lorazzo, we’re committed to ensuring you receive products in perfect condition. If your product arrives as per the above conditions, please share an unboxing video along with images/videos for evaluation.

Important Note

Exchanges are eligible only for products that have not been installed yet and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Installed products fall under warranty and will be handled as per the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
Exchanges are available only in the following cases:

Damage on arrival, verified through the customer’s unboxing video.

Incorrect item delivered, verified using the videos and images shared with us.

Manufacturing defects noticed upon receiving the product and verified through the videos and images provided, as long as the issue is reported to the Lorazzo team within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange Process

On the occurrence of any of the conditions mentioned above and based on our review team’s evaluation, you may be asked to return the product for physical examination. In some cases, if the product is verified by our team as non-returnable, a return may not be required.

Once our review team confirms that the product needs to be returned, you must initiate the return by pasting the shipping label shared with you via email.

After the product is received, our review team will evaluate the exchange request. This evaluation may take up to 48 hours from the time of receipt.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will initiate the dispatch of a replacement product. Delivery timelines will depend on the shipping partner.
Return and refund policy
Product returns and refunds are issued only when an exchange cannot be processed from our end. In such cases, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days, following confirmation from our internal review team and completion of the exchange evaluation process. Please note that a 24–48 hour investigation period is required once the returned product is received.
