30-Day Trial Terms

  • The trial starts from the date of delivery and is valid for 30 consecutive days.

  • Applicable on all Kitchen & Bathroom Fittings listed on our website except Health Faucets, Tap Extensions and Hand Showers.

  • Valid only for original purchasers who buy directly from the official Lorazzo website. Products purchased from third-party platforms are not eligible.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, free from any breakage, damage, alterations, visible signs of wear, improper installation, tampering, loss, or misuse.

Damages and Defects

In cases where a product is received in damaged condition, has a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item is delivered, the request will be handled strictly under our Replacement Policy. We recommend reviewing our Exchange and Return policy for detailed eligibility terms and process guidelines.
